Executive Summary about Weight Watch by  Sally Hudson

·         When you're trying to lose weight, you should only use plain water or fruit drinks to quench your thirst.
·      When under a diet plan, do not halt your intake of healthy food. Remember, you need to avoid the fattening and unhealthy foods only. Use fruits and vegetables to keep your weight under control.
·         Make sure you only eat food when you are hungry. Since fat people are accustomed to having their stomach filled, they cannot actually distinguish between hunger and half fill stomach.
·         Moreover, emphasize on staying healthy instead of losing fat only.
